Schengen Visa Pro is a visa application preparation service. We help applicants worldwide prepare their Schengen visa applications for submission to Visa Application Centres and Embassies.

2. Nature of Service

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Schengen Visa Pro does NOT guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant embassy or consulate of the Schengen member state you are applying to.
• Our service is limited to assisting with the preparation and submission of your visa application. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the outcome of your application.
• A well-prepared application may improve your chances of success, but this is not guaranteed. Each application is assessed individually by embassy officials based on their own criteria.
• No refunds will be issued based on visa rejection. Our service is considered complete upon delivery of the prepared documents and booking of your appointment.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any embassy, consulate, or government agency.

3. Service Description

Our Service includes:

• Application Form Completion: We assist you in completing the official Schengen visa application form based on the information you provide.
• Document Generation: We generate a completed visa application form (PDF), a personalised covering letter, and an employer letter template.
• Appointment Booking: We book your visa appointment at a BLS Visa Application Centre at your preferred location.
• Portal Access: We provide you with login credentials for your BLS portal account.
• Document Checklist: We provide a comprehensive checklist of documents required for your application.

Our Service does NOT include:

• Payment of embassy or biometric fees (these are paid directly at the Visa Application Centre)
• Accompanying you to your visa appointment
• Legal or immigration advice
• Guaranteed visa approval

4. Fees and Payment

Payment Terms:

• Full payment of the Service Fee is required before we begin processing your application.
• Payment is made securely through our online payment system.
• Our Service Fee is non-refundable once your documents have been generated.
• Embassy and biometric fees are separate and payable directly at the Visa Application Centre. These fees are set by the embassy and may change without notice.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your application. Any false or misleading information may result in visa rejection and potential legal consequences.
• Upload genuine documents only. You are solely responsible for the authenticity of all documents provided.
• Attend your scheduled visa appointment at the Visa Application Centre on the booked date and time.
• Bring all required documents to your appointment as specified in the checklist provided.
• Pay all embassy and biometric fees at the Visa Application Centre.
• Comply with all requirements set by the embassy and Visa Application Centre.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Schengen Visa Pro is not responsible for visa rejection. The decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the relevant embassy or consulate.
• We are not liable for any delays in embassy processing, appointment availability, or VAC service delivery.
• We are not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
• We are not liable for any changes to visa requirements, fees, or procedures made by embassies or the VAC after your application is submitted.
• Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from our Service shall not exceed the Service Fee you paid to us (£300.00).
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, travel costs, or other expenses.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Schengen Visa Pro website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Schengen Visa Pro and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• Documents generated through our Service are provided for your personal use in your visa application only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any other purpose.
• You retain ownership of any personal documents and information you upload to our platform.

8. Account Terms

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Termination

• You may request cancellation of your application before document generation begins. In such cases, a full refund may be provided at our discretion.
• Once documents have been generated or your appointment has been booked, no refund will be provided.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
