No, we provide assistance with completing your visa application accurately and professionally. The final decision rests solely with the embassy or consulate. However, a well-prepared application significantly increases your chances of approval.
How much does your service cost?
Our service fee starts from £99 for Self-Service or £199 for Checked with expert review. Additional embassy fees (visa fee and biometric fee) are paid directly at the Visa Application Centre.
Application Process
What documents do I need to provide?
You'll need to upload your flight booking confirmation, accommodation booking, travel insurance policy, and a passport-sized photo. We'll also generate a covering letter and employer letter template for you to complete.
How long does the process take?
Once you complete your application and upload all documents, we review and prepare your application within 2-4 business days (or 24 hours with Express). The visa processing itself usually takes 10-15 working days after your appointment.
Fees & Payments
What additional fees are there at the Visa Centre?
At the Visa Application Centre, you'll pay the visa fee (£68.95 for adults, £34.50 for children 6-12) and biometric fee (£150.00). These fees are subject to change and are paid directly to the visa centre.
Can I get a refund if my visa is refused?
Our service fee is non-refundable as it covers the work we do in preparing your application. Embassy fees are also non-refundable as per embassy policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely at the time of application submission.
After Application
Can I track my application?
Yes! You'll have access to your personal dashboard where you can track your application status and download your prepared documents.
What should I bring to my appointment?
We provide a detailed checklist, but generally you'll need: your passport, printed application form, all supporting documents, appointment confirmation, and payment for embassy fees.
How will I receive my passport back?
After processing, your passport will be returned to you via the method you choose at the Visa Application Centre. Options typically include collection or courier delivery.
